Want to buy 1/3 Scale Traction engine, complete or project.

Just like the title says, I've been on the lookout for quite some time for a 1/3 Scale Traction Engine, would prefer a Case but let me know whats out there. I have not had much luck searching the web.

I am interested in projects or complete engines.

Located in Iowa.
