Hi All, this is my first attempt at a steam engine, I found some plans by searching for a simple steam engine & found this one that doesn't require any castings, there are a few faults & I can see the machining is not up to a lot of the standard I have seen on this site, but I have learned a lot from this & hope to improve on my next build, A Mine Engine!

Well done, it's a good feeling to get a runner. I made the same design for my first engine.

Nicely done. Video?
Very similar to my first engine, but I didn't have a lathe then. Made it on the mill.
Congrats

Thank you all for the good feedback, & yes it dose run but & don't have a video clip sorry!
