Looks like a euro lock barrel.

That is what it looks like to me, some sort of lock component, for pins and springs.

I think the 2s that raise questions just mean two each. The one on the right indicates counterbore on each end of the bore.

Given that the center drawing is a cross section I would have expected an indicate of such on one of the other views.

I like the rendering.
