I received the plans via email a few weeks ago. So far I have made a few parts but the real beauty in this build is I'm learning how to make tiny parts fit together. I've attached some pictures of the parts but I have one question or concern. The work cylinder is a .157 inch bore the piston is .156 inch is .001 too sloppy for the clearance between the piston and work cylinder?
I've also attached a picture of my machine shop, not the best but it works for me. The lathe is a 1942 South Bend with I'm guessing about a hundred hours total use, let me put it this way you can't feel any wear or see any wear.
