Elmers #24 flywheel, where to find.

I am planning to build Elmer's #24 but the problem is that i have a very small Unimat SL1000 lathe, so turning the 2.5 in flywheel will be a problem for me. Any ideas if ready flywheels are available on the market?

I'm sure someone on here could make one for you. I would love to, but I haven't the bandwidth at the moment. It would be at least be 6 months out.
