Hi,

Having had my Taig lathe for some time, I am now fed up completely with the cap head screws used to lock various items on the lathe, so, I want to make some decent lock handles.

Thing is, I cant identify the threads, can anyone help please?

Thanks

Ian

Hello Ian,

If you don't get an answer here, you might want to post your question on the Yahoo Taig Group at

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/taigtools/

You might also, depending on what country you are located in, give the Taig factory a call. They are very helpful.

Also, which locking screws do you want to replace? This might help someone come up with an answer.

Regards,

Chuck

Chuck,

Thanks for that.

The screws I want to replace are the tailstock locking screws, the slide locking screw and the toolpost locking screw.
