Hello All! I am a regular at HMS and PM. Thank you for letting me join your group. I was lead here to ask a question about my steam marine motor i bought today.
The owner had passed away 13 years ago. His son asked me if i was wanted to buy this engine. I did but i do not know what brand or kit name it is.
The engine is about 22 inches high x 22 inches wide. One bore is 4 inch , the other is 2.5 inch. It has another 7 inch flywheel on the other side of the crank (taken off to stand it upright for pic). I would cruise the net for pics in the steam engine world but i have dial-up here in the woods and it takes forever . The engine has a "S" cast into a plate on each end of the cylinders. .....Thank you.....Dean

Hi Guys!
Thank you very much. I know absolutely nothing about theses engines. I went to the link and saw that they only sell castings and plans. I would like to find a exploded view of the parts or just the prints only (To see if i have everthing to make it work). Also they do not have spare parts listed for the 6a. Dean

Coles Power Models 409 547-3400 sell plans for the Stuart models at a reasonable price.

Stuarts have a full parts list for the engine which covers both supplied castings and also all the bits of metal, fixings, etc that have to be supplied by the builder. May take you a while to download as its 3MB pdf
