Well, actually it did. I just learned how to freeze-frame a particular shot from a youtube video and save it as a .jpg, then open the .jpg in paint, crop it, rename it and upload it to my picture hosting site.

For those of you using Windows and want such a function, type 'snipping tool' into your windows search bar (not your browser) and, unless you're using a very old windows version, you should find a handy tool to take a grab of your entire screen, the current window, or a custom rectangle selection of your choice, which is then easily saved as a jpeg.

An easy way is to press the 'Prt Sc' button at the time you want, even as a video plays.
Then open 'Paint', paste it in there and crop as needed then save in the chosen format.
Easy.
