Radiator Fins

Hi,

Does anyone have plans to make a "folder" for those accordion type radiator fins?

Or will anyone divulge the secret to good NEAT folded fins?

On my attempt I tried a peg board with drill rods mounted into a plate.

UH, oh, Brain drizzle! What about the pegboard Idea and put the drill stock into the holes as you go?

But then the center hole, which normally goes around the cylinder, needs to be nicely drilled?

And No; No pictures! Not until I make a purdy engine!
