FWIW, some generic foamy spray 'cutting oil, good for ferrous and non-ferrous' did ok for simple punching of an off-center hole in some copper pipe with a 1/4" end mill, but even then you could tell it wasn't very happy about the whole affair.
When I was an apprentice cadet at sea, many years ago, we used to carry latex from Malaya (as it was called in those days) to Australia in deep (bulk) tanks.
