Why when I go looking for a 3/4" X 5/8" u-joint none can be found , but you can get just about any size over 3/4" :'(

If this is just for a plain round shaft, you could make a sleeve for one end of a 3/4 x 3/4. If it needs a key, slot the sleeve and make a key to fit.
