Square hole drilling?

How does this work? Can any lathe be equipt to do so?

if I remember right it use's a 3 flute drill for a 4 side hole it walks around in some kinda guide from a holder that has some float. Alot of fellas would just use an edm or a broach

Should work on any lathe, this video shows how it works a lot better. His other videos show a bit more too.
