I decided to take a break from IC engine making and made a water-cooled hot air engine from Rudy Kahoupt's plans. I'm finished with the engine and it ticks along at about 400 RPM on the tach.. It took along time to get rid of all the friction. Lots of beer can shim stock was consumed. Here are a couple of photographs. TJ

Lathe nut, Seems that the video did load. Look under hot air engine in Videos. Sounds like a diesel on the video but not in real life. TJ

It looks and run nice. I was looking to this engine a lot, have Rudy's book....might built it some time.
