Missing dimensions

Does anyone have a complete set of prints for a wobbler? I had started working on this http://people.wku.edu/andrew.ayre462/Wobbler_Design.pdf

I ordered the materials and as I was waiting for the orders to arrive I noticed the prints were missing dimensions.

Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks

Position of the 3/8" hole on the vertical plate sheet 2 is missing, rest look to be there.

The location of the two holes. Maybe I'm not seeing them because I have the prints opened on my my iPad.
