Greetings, while I am restoring the 40 year old Sartglen Pixi lathe
(also sold as the Perris Pixi, Jason, New Randa) I have begun
to ponder how to adapt the mini milling attachment to the crossfeed.
(This lathe is about the size of a Taig or Unimat.) Anyone have any
ideas on how to build a small ( one might even say tiny) milling
vise or inexpensive sources? (the old money time contrainst thing
again.) Thanks for all the great advice on aluminum files. Quincy
