Mcdonnel douglas cutting tools for mazak

Hey i have a few cutters that are from the old mcdonnel douglas aircraft company that made plane s and parts with mazak cnc eqiupment my uncle workd there before it was sold and i was wondering if anyone knows what brand of cutter or what is the use for this cutter thanks

Looks like a brazed carbide "stick tool" . Could be any brand. They're useful for lots of things. They're what real machinists used before insert cutters were available.
