Ok well I am finally starting to restore the old Hendey...

Finding a very high quality paint that will last was a nighmare IMO nothing i seen was good enough here is what i ended up with..agonized over it for months...

Here is the lathe that i am working on..

Macropoxy 646 is a great choice for your machine.
Just be sure the area where you are using it is very well ventilated.

The fumes can buzz you out at the very least.
Acute overexposure to those fumes can become serious!

actually not really that smelly....not as I though...but i have a full facemask with cartridges etc....


The paint is the wrong color...its looks minty green its suppose to be Generator Green.... i love this color!!


also...will need to experiment the the reducer as this paint is 85 to 90% paint! it does not flow/cover good...

Hello Rick do you have experience with this paint?...if so any ideas how to make this flow better like regular enamel paint....
