Ball and radius turner (another)

OK here is the one I've been designing and building for the last month at school. Only have done one
ball (the one used on the handle) but it worked out as I anticipated.
Any questions, I'll try and answer but there are NO drawiings. just pages and pages of scrap paper
that are in the trash can.
