FWIW- if this is not the place to post this - Mod's please move me!! As I just got my Atlas 618 and did not know better - I originally bought the 1/2" link belting from Harbor Freight...got home...TOO big!! I had not picked up on the pulley size in reading posts on recommendations for linkbelts ( mine is 3/8 not 1/2) and I had not bothered to confirm with a measurement before hand as so many post recommend the HF belting (5" for $24.99)
I returned the belt and found 3/8 from this site for $' for $29- plus it is the Red Fenner belt
