Good start. I like all Elmer's engines because they are well designed and easy to build. I'm sure you will have a nice runner soon.

Cheers

Today I cut the flywheel and the two crankshafts. Not sure how I am going to press the pins into the crank. right now I think I am going to drill the hole on the bridgeport and try to hold the pin in the chuck and use the machine as a press... might try throwing the pins in the freezer to shrink them too... also I need to drill and tap the holes for the setscrews.

So its been awhile but I have not given up. I am in the process of buying my own machine tools as I don't have access during the summer.

I just machined the pistons for the engine on my new Taig lathe.
I am hoping to order a cnc taig mill in the next week or two.

I also bored out the cylinder. It seems to be a pretty good fit.
