I'm doing six bearings for the team build.. got them cut and milled to size, ready to do a whole bunch of layout. (Don't have a DRO with memory, so get to do this the old fashioned way). I'm really only posting these pics to show using a carbide toothed saw blade mounted like a slitting saw in the mill: read of this somewhere, decided to try it out, and can only say WOW, this is good. I have a Taig mill, so milling stuff to size could be a very long process if there's lots to remove. This thing eats up ali or brass, I've been cutting to about .05 oversize, and then it's only a couple passes with the end mill to get to size.
