I took standard plans I found online and scaled them up 3x. I also re-engineered quite a bit to add bearings and bushings and make the engine more serviceable. The pistons are aluminum with teflon rings, the cylinders are 304 Stainless, connecting rods and center hub are Titanium with oilite bronze bushings, to simplify assembly I used hardened and ground shoulder bolts for the rod joints. The disc valve is teflon with an oilite bushing.
