Reverse thread 0-80 taps and dies??

So....thinking about makin a micro turnbuckle and was curious if there is such a thing as left handed micro taps in the 0-80 to 4-40 range. Other wise whats my options for tiny left threads? Thanks all!

My personal best was a quad lead left hand 5mm nut for the matching lead screw. This was for a G1 locomotive reverse screw.
