I was down there yesterday and took a bit of HD video. Figured you guys might enjoy seeing some of the bigger toys!

Thanks macona for the video. I didn't go to Brooks this year, my hip is given me fits and it would be too much walking. I think I could listen to those old hit and miss engines run all day long. I'll bet it was plenty warm there.

I have been there almost every year since I can remember, that would be probably since 78-79. Too young to remember much though. I think the big A-C steam engine is one of the first memories.

Now I pretty much go there for the swap meet. I usually come away with all sorts of goodies, this year was a first where I didnt come home with tools or something.

Heres my (Well, me and my dad's) Hit and Miss, 1-1/2 HP Sattely. Sitting on it new base I made.
