Hi all,

I had to make two concave cuts out of a 1" square brass stock. One with a radius of 1.125" the other 1.375". I didn't have the proper tool so I improvised. The first picture shows what I used and the others are the results. Enjoy! Guess which tool I used?

Nice results! I guess I'm not seeing the picture clearly... what exactly did you do?
 
Yeah, I'll bet that took forever at 0.002 per pass. Patience is definitely a requirement in this hobby. :)

Ah, thanks. How much over hang did you have on the bit? Seems like there could be a lot of flex on the tool.
