I Came up with the above idea, I did make a new bender one far stronger but still used the winch and It has worked great just a little slow
I made this the other day ( see pics ) and although Iv only bent a few bits of aluminium 12mm x 44mm it really does work very well and is far quicker too
cost was about £260 all in
As you can see its just a log splitter the thin rod under the black rod is set so that when I get the bend done it drops down and releases the brake so all bends are the same
Just showing in case anyone has lots of bending to do
of cause you do this at your own risk .
