i've got some additional infos - but all not very fine :-(

to get a copy i have to pay more than 220 GBP :-(
to get a book: nearly imposssible
to loan it without an account to any university: impossible

maybe that anyone would sell it.
(or if anyone will loan it for 3 or max. 6 month - i will made air leaps )

A reprint by Gardner is planned but the date isn't sure at all
(maybe within this year, maybe in 201x ...)

but not least: there is a store in US with an option to get a
book - they will call me later in the night today
(here it's late night when they are working )

Talked to somebody and they said it is in the publishers catalog.
