Hello All,
I'm working on Hercules and have run into an issue?
I installed the liners machined them down but there is a hairline gap between the liner and the block.which will leak water (on the head side) ..I must have been off on my layout. any advice on resolving the issue would be great.
Thanks
Clay

Epoxy will surround the bushing and fill the gap. If the bushing is going into a thru hole then tape the bottom so the epoxy does not run out. Tape across the top of the bushing too so any spillage will not enter the bushing ID.
Epoxy flows like water, will surround the bushing completely.
An alternative way is to build up thickness with JB weld and then turn it to dimension. I like the former way better myself.
