Hi everyone, here is another homeshop machining project.

I'm doing a machining project, repairing my benchtop bandsaw, the factory belt cog wheel rotted out, and broke off the bottom blade wheel.

Its made from some kind of resin plastic.

I'm making a new one made from aluminum bar stock.

here is the link to the series.

Hi everyone, here is another homeshop machining project.

Nice project Thm: just curious don'y you think it would
have been easier to take all the measurement if the broken
parts would have been glued together :hDe:

cheers
