Hi fellas,

Got a quick question regarding the hoglet V twin engine, which I have started building a few months back. It has been a bit start stop with other things taking priority but I'm wondering about the amount of piston travel within the cylinders.

I have just finished machining the second cylinder and I'm slightly annoyed as the 1" reemer picked up at the bottom of the cylinder for just under .5", causing a poor finish. I'm wondering if the O ring on the piston will travel this far down or if I might just get away with it or not :wall:

The bottom of the piston comes level with the bottom of the cylinder at it slowest point so you have 0.800" that the o ring does not contact.
