Hi Lorenz, and welcome to the Forum.

Your English is very good, and I had no problem understanding your post.

Please post your progress, pictures, drawings, anything about your project that we as hobby machinist would find interesting.

This is a great place to get help and inspiration, I know I did and you can too.

i'm just begon on the engine.
It is the engine from this site:
http://www.steves-workshop.co.uk/steammodels/simpleoscil/simpleoscil.htm

I have to begin simple so i was thinking that this was a good engine for starting with this hobby!
Started was i with the cilinder.
At the end of this week i'm going to drill and polish the inside of the hole.

When the engine is finished i will take some pictures and post them on this forum!

thanks and greetings!

Lorenz.

Welcome Lorenz! Look forward to seeing some pictures.

Just have to throw in a little joke here

What do you call someone that knows 3 languages? answer: trilingual
What do you call someone that knows 2 languages? answer: bilingual
What do you call someone that only knows 1 language? answer: american - USA

I wish I had learned another language when I was younger.

Believe me when I say your english is much better than my (any other language)!

That engine looks like a good place to start this hobby
