I'm building a Felgiebel and I don't know how I could make this part.

get a piece of brass tubing 12 mm OD 10mm ID drill a cross though hole in it cut to length put the end in a vise squeeze down to the 7 mmm then file in the specified radius. should not be hard to make . You may be over thinking this one.

there is no location for the 4.2 mm hole so you may need to get that off the mating part. or just estimate location if not critical
I would think 1/2 in thin wall brass would work fine if you have that.

Hallo, here are 2 photos from today. Now are a lot of parts ready.
I hope, it runns well. I will build a hs 100 plane for using the engine.

Very nice work.

As far as the part in the first post - looks like you need to flatten the tubing a bit and then use 2 pieces of stiff or hard 5mm rod to stretch the tubing sideways. Might also make a piece that will fit between the 2 5mm rods with a taper so it can be driven between the 2 rods to complete the stretching process. Anneal the tubing before starting, and you may also need to anneal several times during the process.

I may do something along the same lines at some stage.
