After having the plans for three years, I finally started on the little CO2 V8. Milling doesn't seem to be a problem. but, I fast remembered why I quit drilling holes smaller than 1/8". I've broken three drill bits in the aluminum. Doing a bit of digging here, I see I need to crank the mill speed way up while pecking. Guess slowing the bit down was a mistake! Not getting too upset, yet, but it is getting tiring. Going to order some more drill bits as soon as I find some 0.046" diameter.

Get some high quality, high speed steel bits and the same goes for taps. Tiny cutters is not the place to cheap out.
