Been offline working in the shop.
Sizing plates for the cylinder head halves.
I layout the holes so when I drill they are in the right place.
Milling passages for intake and exhaust

Waiting to be soldered.
Working the cam box.
Setting boring head to match contour on cam box.
Mounting feet.
Gear cover and crankcase breather.
Oil dipstick and mounting block.
Rough carbs.
Ground form tool to cut profile at carb end.
Scraping inside profile .
Finished carb bodies.
Idler gear and shaft.
Now to make the rest of the carb parts.
