20 Ton Press

I recently got the Harbor Freight 20 Ton Press and am really liking it. So I thought I would share a short video on it with you.

Nice Video! Be careful with those HF-supplied blocks,, they're cast iron and WILL break at less than the press' capacity. DAMHIKT...

Yeah those castings are very questionable. A press though is a lot like many other shop tools, to really leverage you have to make up components that allow you to use the press. Everything from bending jigs to blocks to push bushings with.

Yes I think the HF press is a good buy, I found one used in our local classified ads, can't find anything wrong with it as how it is made and the jack....
