Been doing a few hours on the bandsaw today and couldn't resist putting a few parts together to give me some confidence for the long journey ahead.

Another tall order. Line boring the main crank bearing housings. Finding a set up that worked took a lot longer than the boring.

Just a little update before disassembling for finishing and painting. Waiting for nameplates so it's back to the magneto for a while.

I thougt my envisioned setup for line boring the 2VD5 will be interesting, but you are king.
