Michael;

If you haven't picked up or fabricated a bench yet, BusyBee Canada sell a bench that is more or less intended for the X2 mill;

The used X2 I purchased was fitted with one - wooden top, adjustable feet. I've also purchased this from CTC when it was on sale;

It's too wobbly for use with the X2, and doesn't have adjustable feet, I added wheels - I bought it for my Taig lathe.

I stayed with these styles of stands only because I have no workshop and have to be able to move them around (hide them!). If you have space and don't need to move the X2 I'd recommend building something more substantial and functional (drawers, shelves).

Cheers Garry

well, I didnt expect to go this route.
found this for 170$ taxes in reduced from its original price of over 300$
so I just bought it so I didnt have to keep looking for a solution. and sounds like those smaller units are wobbly.

perfect hight for working while standing, going to add some lower shelving.
good thickness on all the metal, though the top is not steel it is very thick and stout.
craftsman professional series, I think I did well
