Good buy ? well I would say not an unreasonable asking price based on what I have see asked for similar machines . the machine looks used well cared for and has a reasonable amount of tooling.
It can seem a lot for a small machine but seem like used tool prices follow new tool prices.
the uninat was the hobby lathe of the 1970s. My older brother bought one new when he was in college. Still has it.
