Recommendations for my next project

I’m looking for my next project. I’ve made 3 so far---a wobbler I got from youtube by ”mrpete222”, aka tubal caine, and another, but different, wobbler, out of Home Shop Machinist, called E-Z Engine, and a horizontal engine (is that a “mill” engine?) called the ez engine. (This one I got from one of the forums---perhaps this one.) This last one was a bit of an adventure, due to several mistakes in the plans & instructions.
I’m leaning toward a beam engine, if I could find one to fit my modest skills. Can anyone recommend a proven engine, with correct plans?
