Posting Videos

Hi,
I've just finished my latest project. Can I post a video of it here (it's about 100Mb) or do I need to post it elsewhere and link to it?

You need to post the video elsewhere (Youtube is best I think) then just copy and paste the Youtube address into a normal post and it will embed the video for all to see.
