Hi my name is Don i am retired i was a tech. for a john Deere dealer 30 + years . I have a small shop at home i have a 13 x 40 lathe and a Bridgeport mill . I have made several hit & mis engines now i would like to make a Holt, i order the prints to see if i thought i could make that type of a model, i have already made the crank & the cam shaft. I was wondering if anyone else has order the castings from Coles Power Models and if so what was the quality of the castings. Is there anyone that has built a Holt. Thanks Don

I'd heard you were making the "Holt" and was planning on calling you to come round to see you.

I'm making slow progress on my Loco.
