Well have my new used Logan 8 inch shaper home, here are pictures of before clean up if anyone has a interest.
I have already disassembled, cleaned, painted & am in the process of fixing a lot of small things that have been neglected over the life of the shaper. Would like to find out the year of manufacture but no luck yet. ::)
The main maintenance item on it was the toggle arm on the underside of the ram, someone had brazed it up but did not do it right and it had a click in it when it ran :( so have to make a few parts but it should last my lifetime when finished ;)

Nice looking machine - treasure it! Mine is a Douglas 10.5" and I wouldn't be without it.

Well have it 99% put back together so thought I would update the photos ;D
The last picture is the toggle link that was sloppy and I re bushed it, now it so quiet ;)
