I've just built my saw holder. I saw it on mini-lathe work shop. It's very good experience for me. Working with steel for your own machine is a great feeling. I hope you like my first homemade tool.

Ah yes, finishing the first tool. It is a most excellent feeling indeed!

Mine was a little tailstock die holder I still use frequently to this day:

The real challenge is to stop making tooling. Still haven't figured that one out. I make more tooling than anything else down in that shop!

Yes BW. I think I'm gonna be like you. I'm making a ball turner now.

Using self made tools is great feeling I think.

BTW, Erdem, I was recently in Istanbul. What a beautiful city! I wish I'd had more time to enjoy it, but it was part of a cruise and we were only there for the day.
