This area is for the discussion of different metals.
Where to use them and how to cut them.
Take steel for instance. The common term is cutting, but in fact you don't
actually cut steel. Steel is machined by a tool creating pressure and heat
that plasticizes the material ahead of the tools tip allowing it to separate
from the stock. The more heat you can concentrate in a smaller area the
easier the steel will cut. It's kind of a "heat it up and scrape it off"
process.
Other metals are totally different.
Hopefully this area clear up the questions on them.
