Mechanical Clocks

I was looking though another form I am part of and came across a guy who I almost forgot about.

He designs and then hand builds mechanical & quartz clocks from scratch. His designs are unique and quit different. His last mechanical clock (#7) took 1000 hrs to build and weighs over 100lbs.
Clock # 6 has a hand carved spiked chain with over 1000 pieces and its 9 1/2 feet long!!! He hand makes everything, even the screw and bolts.

All I can say is wow....

That's incredible work! Now I want to build an engine that looks melted and half destroyed, but runs fine.
