Kozo A3 drive wheels

Can some one help me. I'm about to make the drive wheels for the engine for my Kozo A3 3/4 in. How do I make them? I have a turn table, 1/2 x4 flat steel bar. I'm new at metal work this is my first project I've made this far but am having a problem trying to figure out how to make the wheels. I have a mill and a lathe. Thanks .Ed

I made my wheels on the mill with the rotary table .It's a lot of work but they turned out nice. I am willing to help you . I made a small face plate frist . Dale

You can buy castings from Friend's Models http://www.friendsmodels.com/productsforsale/kozowheelsdrivers.html if you'd prefer. These would save a good bit of time and give the tapered spokes that are probably the hardest part to do with a rotab.
