Integrated AXA holders for inserts

Anyone know if imported or cloned varieties of these (AXA) are available? I refer to something along these lines:

The one on the right is pretty slick... it can be used both for turning and facing operations. A clone that makes use of inexpensive TPG inserts would be killer. If I was Bill Gates, I'd buy the Aloris and be done with it, but the $$ for them is simply out of reach for most of us hobby types.

I checked Shars, no dice. Same with Penn Tools.

 
Those are pretty slick!! Only problem I can see it they cannot be adjusted for tool length.
 
I appreciate the offer... I'm going to keep looking a bit. There has to be clones of these things out there. Thanks.

There are clones. I've seen them on ebay from time to time. just search for axa.
