How I sharpen the ends of my end mills

Here is what I do to sharpen the ends of my end mills . The mill in the pictures is a junk mill I used it just to show how it works .Hope this is of help to someone . I use the diamond stone for carbide . Dale

How are you getting the taper from the tips of the flutes to the center? Does your fixture have that angle built in?

That one looks like the one I have and if so, yes, that angle is built into the fixture as well as the 2 obvious angles.
