I don't think that is a little angel. the Little angel has a head on it. I think that this one is a Duclos odds and ends engine with a few details added.
see a thread here. http://www.homemodelenginemachinist.com/index.php?topic=1859.0

hi Oldncrusty
I can not help with plans or such, but I was interested in your engine as its unique and goes to show how well these little motors lend to expression.
Im sure that with a little bit of work it will be something to be proud of.
