Hello all, newbie Paul here from Reno. What a wonderful forum to stumble upon!
I was looking for info on a cnc mill and you folks have already steered me in the right direction. I am a communications tech for the city, with my journeyman in heavy diesels. Strange trade, but i have a love of radio and electronics. My other hobbies are ham radio, old cars, model helicopters. Other than high school, i have no real training. A couple of books, a bunch of broken parts and tools, and learn by making chips. I have the hf 7x10, and the X2 mill. I am currently working on a model of the ford 2.3 4 cyl. little extreme for the first engine, but i have never done the easy first!
The work you guys do inspires me to make more chips!!!
